In the moment of wandering I feel
the tender touch of the natural strenght -
the many melodies of the colours -
My eyes get tired if the Beaty
strong motions seize the brush

Sources of inspiration
Wild chervils are my love
Petal –
Petal has settled on a brittle branch of dried wild chervil - morning dew-
Spring morning.
Off they went together to change and to wander in different times and unities of the year like the wings of a butterfly.
Wandering in the nature, explore the nature. Walking with the dogs, hiking in Lapland. Going with “eyes open” and observing small things making mental notes as well as taking notes.
I do most of the works on the spot. The colours and the atmosphere can best be captured by simplifying, taking only the essentials.
Thaw – rosehips on the edge of a ditch
Buckthorns – in the surfs of the Björköby-shores
Dried brances of wild chervils – in the moonlight and covered with frost
Orchid – In the wind of Öland
Music gives strength, joy of doing, colour tones, strong movement of the brush, quick and light touch.
Painting a watercolour painting is a continuous challenge. The difficulty and quick and interesting techniques. Does not need to wait for an inspiration.
